    Payton Blynn ’18 is seeing the culmination of a great high school soccer career. Not only did he officially sign earlier this month with St. John’s University Red Storm, an NCAA Division I men’s soccer team, but he was also named to the 2017 United Soccer Coaches High School Boys All-America Team.

    Five South Kent Alumni Ranked as 2018 NHL Draft Prospects

    The National Hockey League (NHL) Central Scouting Midterm Rankings have been announced, and five former South Kent School students have been named to the North American Skaters list. Devin Rask, Director of Selects Academy at South Kent, noted that this was the highest number of South Kent alumni to ever be on the NHL Draft Prospect Rankings at once.

Wink was a kind, gentle presence on campus at South Kent School in his roles as Dean of Faculty, Foreign Language Department Coordinator, and Teacher of English and Latin. This great loss was felt across campus among students, faculty, and staff.
